At Chappell Farms, the picking and packing of peaches runs from May 1st to Aug. 1st. Peaches are packed in 1/2 bushel boxes, sold from the packing house (wholesale or retail) and shipped to locations throughout the US and Canada. Currently 15 different varieties are grown and are available during the growing season. Listed below are the types, some of the various varieties, and their general availablity dates.
